My studio is based in Bristol just by Victoria Park in Bedminster. I offer headshot photoshoots for actors and corporate, maternity, newborn, family and standard portrait sessions.

Working as a photographer in Bristol is an absolute joy and I feel very lucky to be based here - it is a fantastic city for a family or portrait photoshoot because it offers a wide range of beautiful and iconic locations. From the historic harborside to the rolling hills of the surrounding countryside, there are plenty of stunning backdrops to choose from.

​For weddings or an engagement shoot the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge to the picturesque harborside, there are plenty of places to capture the magic of your special day. The city also has a number of beautiful churches and other historic buildings that can provide a unique and elegant backdrop for your photos.

Ashton Court
Ashton Court is a beautiful spot for family and portrait photography, with open fields, woodland paths, and views across Bristol. The mix of greenery, golden light, and peaceful surroundings creates a relaxed setting that helps people feel at ease in front of the camera. It’s especially lovely in autumn and spring when the colours make every photo feel warm and natural.
Clifton Suspension
The Clifton Suspension Bridge offers incredible views of one of Bristol’s most iconic landmarks, along with the nearby Clifton Observatory and the Avon Gorge below. It’s a fantastic spot for family and portrait photography, with sweeping scenery and soft natural light that changes beautifully throughout the day. The mix of city views, greenery, and the dramatic bridge backdrop gives every photo a timeless Bristol feel.
Where should we take our photos?
About 90% of my clients come to me and say they don't like their photo taken and then after the session they say that wasn't so bad! My style of photography is very relaxed while making you feel comfortable in front of the camera.

I'll give you tips and tricks on how to look your best in front of the camera so you can enjoy the experience. I also like to chat to my clients which puts them at ease.
Every session is different, some photoshoots may last up to 30 minutes while some may last up to an hour. For family photoshoots I always allow a full hour with them, just in case.

Headshots usually last 30/45 minutes as it's one place but I always allow clients to have enough time to change their clothes and be comfortable in front of the camera.

As my studio is just by Victoria Park I also offer a package where you can do half in the studio and half outside. This is great if you also want some natural shots.

Victoria Park
Victoria Park is a lovely green space in the heart of Bristol, perfect for relaxed family and portrait sessions. This is also where my studio is. With open grassy areas, tree-lined paths, and views across the city, it offers a peaceful and natural setting. In autumn, the park’s colourful leaves make a beautiful backdrop, while in spring and summer the greenery and flowers bring everything to life.
Snuff Mills
Snuff Mills is a beautiful woodland spot along the River Frome, perfect for natural and relaxed family or portrait photography. The mix of flowing water, stone bridges, and forest paths creates a peaceful, timeless feel. It’s especially lovely in autumn when the trees turn golden, and in spring when the woods are full of life and soft light.
